Rebecca Almy - Owner, Groomer, ABC Certified Dog Trainer

Born and raised in Rapid City, SD, Rebecca has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. She completed her Bachelor's Degree at Black Hills State University. In 2004 she completed Animal Behavioral College and Tails 'n Training was born. Rebecca began grooming dogs in 2014. Her passion is to help people communicate and develop healthy relationships with their dogs in a fun and stress free environment.

Jeff Almy - Owner, Kennel Manager

Jeff was born and raised in Upstate New York, he received his Associated Degree in Park and Recreational Management from Delhi, NY. He has always been surrounded by animals and dogs love him. He is usually behind the scenes putting the polishing touches on all the kennels and throughout the building and grounds. When he isn’t with the kennel dogs, he is spending time with his two kids and all his personal dogs.

Renae Lehman - Manager, Groomer, Kennel Staff

Renae is originally from Pierceton, IN but has called Rapid City & Tails 'n Training home for the last two years. She is the business manager and can be found grooming and helping out in the kennel. She has a BA in Animal Science from Purdue University. Renae loves her goats and riding horses. She spends most of her spare time reading!

Chloe Norrick - ABC Certified Dog Trainer, Groomer, Kennel Staff

Chloe is a Rapid City, SD native and has been with Tails 'n Training for almost 2 years. She teaches training classes or private lessons, and can be found in the grooming room or helping out in the kennel. Chloe's favorite things to do include spending time with her GSD Atlas doing some scent training, cross stitching, or learning about and taking care of plants.
